PUGLIA INVESTMENT HORIZON: A NEW ERA OF ECONOMIC GROWTH

Regione Puglia, Apulia Faber, and Lattanzio KIBS launch the roadshow to attract capital to the new frontiers of investing in Southern Italy

November 5, 2025, is a key date for the future of investments in Puglia. The initiative "Puglia Investment Horizon: A New Era of Economic Growth," promoted by the Regione Puglia (Puglia Region) in co-branding with Lattanzio KIBS and the Apulia Faber association, debuts in Milan next Wednesday, November 5. The objective is clear: to strengthen Puglia's positioning as a benchmark hub for investments, offering concrete opportunities to Italian and foreign investors.

The Apulia Faber Association, in partnership with Lattanzio KIBS and under the aegis of the Regione Puglia, is launching this first event of the "Puglia Investment Horizon" roadshow, as part of its local marketing and internationalization activities.

Apulia Faber is at the forefront of this process, facilitating a direct dialogue among institutions, investors, and its community of professionals. The Association, which has always been committed to fostering the integration of skills and expertise in the Apulian Real Estate sector, will help highlight the concrete opportunities the region offers to Italian and foreign investors. The event will be a fundamental opportunity for qualified networking, where sector stakeholders can share ideas, projects, and visions for a Puglia increasingly open to the world.

During the event, the President of Apulia Faber, lawyer Marta Ancona, will open the proceedings with welcoming remarks, underscoring the importance of collaboration among the various actors for the growth of the region.

Puglia is now recognized as one of the most dynamic regions in the Mediterranean, a territory in full transformation that combines identity, innovation, and sustainability. The growing vitality of the tourism, real estate, and hospitality sectors, alongside new value chains like renewable energy and aerospace, is attracting the attention of international operators.

The Milan event is designed to engage key players in real estate, hospitality, and urban planning in a high-level discussion on growth prospects. The event format includes an analysis of regional incentive policies and the presentation of investment experiences that have already been realized.
