LUIGI FUSCO
Some people choose a job, while others follow a calling. Luigi Fusco belongs to the latter category. He began his journey in 1999, driven by a strong passion for hospitality, the local area, and beauty. After a brief experience at Tecnocasa, he quickly realized his path was different: one that connected the real estate world with tourism, linking cultures and lifestyles through second homes.
He sold his first villa to English clients in Italian Lire, back when talking about foreign investments in Puglia still seemed like a dream. In 2004, he flew to London to promote properties in Ostuni and returned with confirmation that the market was ready, and so was he. In 2008, he launched one of the first Apulian short-term rental portals, anticipating an epochal shift well in advance. In 2013, together with the Pagliara Brothers of the Nicolaus Group, he founded Raro Realty, an agency dedicated to brokering luxury properties. This led to the creation of Raro Villas, a brand of Raro Realty, now a benchmark for those seeking villas with pools in Italy and abroad: over 3,000 properties and a model that integrates sales, rentals, and exclusive services for an international clientele.
He actively participates in major international tourism and real estate fairs, convinced that discussion, a global vision, and market presence are fundamental for growth and innovation. His experience has led him to build solid collaborations with Italian and foreign operators, contributing to the enhancement of real estate assets for tourism.
A member of F.I.M.A.A. since 2000, in 2024 he enthusiastically accepted the leadership of the newly formed Fimaa Turismo Puglia, to coordinate the category's tourism activities at a regional level. In 2025, he was elected Provincial President of Fimaa Brindisi, bringing his contribution of vision, energy, and practicality to the association as well.
For Luigi, every home is much more than just a property: it's a bridge between cultures, a dream taking shape, an experience to live and remember.
