Leonardo holds a degree in Administration, Finance, and Control from LUISS Guido Carli University. He began his professional career in M&A and Investment Banking, working for top firms in Rome and Milan, where he primarily focused on financial due diligence, business planning, and performance analysis.

He then enhanced his expertise at a professional services firm, before contributing to the growth of a Puglian hotel group, where he handled business development and financial management.

He is a certified Chartered Accountant and actively pursues projects that combine real estate with territorial innovation.
